I thought it was a firework due to the color and brightness and how low it was in the sky. It was too fast to be a firework and there was no sound associated. There were other parents around me facing the same direction that also saw it. I do not know the exact time. I do know it was after sunset and on our family's walk home from trick or treating in our neighborhood. I took a picture around 7:55 at home and I know it was anywhere from 15 to 30 min before 7:55.
