BemerkungenThis was the most incredible astronomical experience I've ever witnessed. It was breathtaking. I've seen shooting stars before, but this one was brilliant.

BemerkungenThe train was like a glowing dust field. It followed the meteor in a stream of maroon and orange. I believe it began as a white thin line, then followed by the thicker maroon and orange trail. It looked like a trail of meteor fragments. It then faded away.
Endblitz
BeobachtungYes
BemerkungenI was sitting on my computer. The flash was so bright that it grabbed my attention. I only saw the last glimpse of the flash. But it was so bright that it took my attention from the brightness of my screen. There is a bright star in the sky tonight (the only star I can see currently due to cloud coverage). The meteor was at least three times brighter than the star. I do not know what the star is, but it might be Jupiter? I could not identify it
Teilung
BeobachtungJa
BemerkungenThe fragmentation was present in the train. It was red and orange. I cannot say why, but I could immediately tell that it was fragmentation. It was like a beautiful maroon train.
